Vanta Percussion is an independent indoor percussion ensemble dedicated to excellence in music, movement, and performance. As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we provide performers with an opportunity to grow artistically, develop leadership skills, and compete at the highest levels of the indoor marching arts.

Through collaboration, discipline, and creativity, our members create unforgettable performances while building lifelong friendships.

Vanta Percussion is an Independent Indoor Percussion ensemble committed to artistic innovation and educational excellence in the marching arts. Our program combines percussion performance, choreography, and theatrical production to create immersive competitive productions.

Our members come from high schools, colleges, and communities throughout the region, united by a passion for percussion and performance.

Indoor percussion blends music performance, marching, and theatrical elements into a unique competitive activity featured in circuits such as Winter Guard International (WGI).

At Vanta Percussion, we strive to create an environment where performers can challenge themselves, grow as musicians, and become leaders both on and off the floor.

What is Indoor Percussion?

Indoor percussion ensembles combine marching percussion (battery) and front ensemble instruments with visual choreography and theatrical storytelling to create dynamic competitive productions.

Performances typically take place during the winter and spring seasons at regional competitions and championships.
